*Sessions held at LVAC may be extended to include Racquetball and/or hot tub/pool time at your discretion.
Train With Me | Hybrid Strength Sessions
This is your opportunity to step into my world and train beside me.
Each month, I open limited spots (maximum 5 participants per session) for a hybrid personal training experience at a significantly reduced rate. This is not a bootcamp. It’s not random programming. It’s structured, intentional strength training — and you’re doing it with me.
You won’t just be working out.
You’ll be working out next to me.
I will coach, correct your form, cue your positioning, and give you the same foundational guidance I provide in one-on-one sessions. You’ll hear the same technical corrections. The same standards. The same performance expectations.
While the setting doesn’t allow for the full depth of individualized programming that private clients receive, you will still gain:
• Real-time form correction
• Technical coaching cues
• Insight into training intensity and effort
• Exposure to advanced movement standards
• The opportunity to ask questions and build confidence
• A clear understanding of how hard you should be pushing
This is ideal for:
